We are pleased to invite you to the third Industry-Academia Interaction Series (IAIS) hosted by the
Institute of Applied Science and Technology. The IAIS is meant to provide a platform for presenting
and discussing high-level research collaborations between local and international companies, and the
UG research community.
The upcoming Interaction session will receive a presentation from prominent industry members such
as the CEO of Kantanka Group, CEO of Ghana Regional Appropriate Technology Industrial
Service (GRATIS) and Founder of MCHAMMAH Engineering Company Ltd. These companies
are Ghanaian-owned conglomerate and leading manufacturers of specialized goods and services for
industries such as agriculture/agro processing, environment and sanitation equipment, automobile and
other associated services. There will be a plenary discussion as part of the programme followed by an
exhibition of locally manufactured products. The following are the details:
