Evening of Remembrance in memory of Emeritus Prof. J.H. Kwabena Nketia

Members of the University community are hereby informed that as part of activities leading to the burial of the late Prof. Emeritus J.H Nketia, who passed away on 13th March 2019, the University of Ghana will hold an Evening of Remembrance in his memory.

The service which will be held at the Great Hall will include tributes, songs and short documentaries of the late Professor.

    Prof. Nketia will be given a state burial as announced by the Office of the President. The burial service takes place on the 4th of May 2019 at the forecourt of the State House.
