The University of Ghana will hold a Special Congregation ceremony on Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at 3.00 p.m. at the Great Hall during which honorary degrees will be conferred on some individuals. The third day of the 2016 Aggrey-Fraser-Guggisberg Memorial Lecture will precede the Special Congregation
