The Institute of Statistical Social and Economic Research (ISSER), University of Ghana, invites members of the University community to its pre-elections Budget (2020 Budget) Analysis.

The Budget Statement aims to grow the economy by 6.8%, achieve a budget deficit of 4.7% of GDP, and undertake massive infrastructure development in 2020. Are these achievable in an election year? It is also stated in the budget that about 12.4 billions Cedis have been put in the pockets of Ghanaians. Did the trickle-down effect translate into your pocket?

The event is scheduled as follows:

Date:           November 25, 2019

Time:          10.00 a.m.

Venue:        ISSER Conference Facility, Room NB11.
