REGISTRATION/RE-REGISTRATION OF GROUPS

  • All Clubs/Associations/Religious bodies can only operate on campus  after registration with the Dean of Students Affairs
  • The amount for registration of groups is ghc 50 only
  • All registered groups are obliged to renew their registration every academic year
  • The amount for re-registration is ghc 30 

        REQUIRMENTS FOR REGISTRATION

  • Letter of Registration.
  • Letter of two (2) patrons (should specifically be senior members of the university).
  • Name + Student ID numbers + Signatures of 15 members.
  • Constitution (should be signed by any executive).
  • Name + Contact + Student ID numbers of executive.
  • Bank account Statement signed by Patron.

 

      REQUIEMENTS FOR RE-REGISTRATION OF GROUPS

  • Letter for re-registrarion (Add Time and Days of Meeting and Venue)
  • Letter from a Patron (should specifically be a senior member of the university)
  • Copy of certificate of registration 
  • Statement of account (Signed by Patron)
  • Name + Student ID numbers + Signatures of 15 members
  • Names + Contacts + Student ID numbers of executives
  • List of Past activities.
