Admission to Programmes Under Pan-African E-Network Project - ICDE

HOSTED BY INSTITUTE OF CONTINUING AND DISTANCE EDUCATION (ICDE)

The Government of India and Amity University have the pleasure in announcing various academic programmes offered on-line under the Pan-African E-Network Project. This project is hosted at the Institute of Continuing and Distance Education, University of Ghana, Legon. Interested applicants and the general public are informed that admissions to the following programmes are open for July, 2014.

A. Diploma in Business Management (Duration Six [6] Months)

Entry requirements:
i. WASSCE/SSSCE Applicants:
Credit passes (C6 or better for WASSCE and D or better for SSSCE holders) in three core subjects, which must include English and Mathematics.
i. Post-Secondary Teachers Certificate

B. Post-Graduate Diploma in Information Technology (Duration One [1] Year)

Entry requirement:
Good first degree (at least a Second Class Lower Division) in a relevant field of study at the University of Ghana or any recognized University.

C. Master’s Programmes
i· Master in Business Administration (MBA) in International Business (Duration Two [2] Years)

ii· Master of Financial Management (Duration Two [2] Years)

Entry requirement:
Good first degree (at least a Second Class Lower Division) in a relevant field of study at the University of Ghana or any recognized University.

Mode of Application

Application forms may be obtained from the Head Office of the Institute of Continuing and Distance Education, University of Ghana,
Legon or its ten (10) Regional Centres (Workers Colleges). The costs of application forms are GHS 100.00 (One Hundred Ghana Cedis) for the Diploma Programme and GHS 130.00(One Hundred and Thirty Ghana Cedis) for the Post-Graduate Diploma and Masters’ Programmes, payable at any branch of Ghana Commercial Bank (GCB).

A copy of the pay-in slip should be presented at ICDE Head Office, University of Ghana, Legon or the Regional Centres for application form.

Candidates must submit in addition to their completed application forms.

ï‚· Two (2) photocopies of transcript
ï‚· Two (2) identical passport size photographs of the applicant.
Application forms once sold are not refundable.
