Welcome to the November 2017 Congregation

MESSAGE FROM THE VICE-CHANCELLOR

Congregation ceremonies are  exciting times on every university campus. At  University of Ghana, it is a time when we acknowledge our students' academic achievements and reaffirm our continuing vitality  of our unique  campus. The  conferment of degrees is  a time-honoured tradition cherished by all members of our community - faculty, senior administrators, staff and students, and of course our alumni.

The  November 2017 Congregation ceremonies are  scheduled for Thursday 16, Friday, November 17 and Saturday, November 18, 2017. The morning sessions begin at 9.00 a.m. (Procession starts at 8.45 a.m.), while the afternoon sessions begin at 2.00 p.m. (Procession starts at 1.45 p.m.). Sessions will take place at the Great Hall and the ISSER Conference Hall.
This website provides important details regarding  the  Ceremony.

To each of our graduates, we hope you will participate in Congregation as a way of sharing this great accomplishment with your fellow  alumni, as well as with your families and loved ones who have supported you on your journey to one of life's most significant milestones.

In closing, I congratulate you heartily on behalf of the University Community, and wish you all success.
