The University of Ghana together with the B4C partners and with sponsorship from OSF instituted a Masters programme to train the next generation of academics and thinkers to spearhead Ghana's ability to adapt to climate change and promote sustainable development. Under the scheme, selected MPhil candidates in Climate Change and Sustainable Development receive a scholarship of $4000 to cover tuition and research. Beneficiaries of the programme after a rigorous perioad of study and research are required to publish their research work in an internationally recognized journal.
