Notice is hereby given that the next Annual General Meeting of the University of Ghana Association will be held at the Alumni Centre of the UNIVERSITY OF GHANA ON SATURDAY, 6TH DECEMBER, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. to transact the following business:
AGENDA
1. To receive a report from the Chairman of the Association
2. To receive and consider the Audited Accounts (2010-2013)
3. To elect Council Members for the period 2015-2017
4. To appoint the Auditors of the Association
5. To authorize Council to fix the remuneration for the Auditors
6. To review and approve Amendments to the Constitution
NOMINATIONS ARE OPENED FOR THE FOLLOWING OFFICES:
• Chairman
• Vice-Chairman (Northern Zone, Southern Zone, Middle Zone)
• General Secretary
• Treasurer
• 4 Elected Council Members
Nomination forms are available at the Secretariat, Alumni Centre, next to Ecobank Legon branch, off Noguchi road. Members interested in any of the positions may file their nominations with the secretariat, Alumni Centre by 12 noon on 3rd December, 2014.
Please note that only registered members, who are in good standing, can stand for election to any of these offices.
