As part of efforts to supplement the accommodation available on campus, the Off-Campus Student Accommodation Committee, constituted by Management of the University, has identified a number of suitable residential properties outside campus which can be occupied by interested students.
Kindly note that the contractual relationship is solely between the student and the property owner and for that matter, the University does not accept any liabilities. However, in order to safeguard the interest of our students, the Office of Legal Counsel has designed a Hostel Tenancy Agreement to regulate both parties.
This opportunity is being offered initially to Levels 100 and 200 students.
