The School of Languages, University of Ghana, invites students (both undergraduate and graduate) as well as National Service persons of the school to design a logo and suggest a name for its proposed biannual newsletter. The School of Languages consists of the following academic units:
Department of English
Department of French
Department of Linguistics
Department of Modern Languages (Arabic, Chinese, Russian, Spanish, and Swahili)
The newsletter will feature news and events about the School’s faculty, students and alumni as well as some general University events of relevance to the School. Consequently, the logo and name should encapsulate the core identity of the school.
The winner of the competition shall be awarded a cash prize of GHC 500.00 (Five hundred cedis).
The deadline for submission of proposed logo and name for the newsletter is 12:00 a.m.,on 6th November 2014.
