IMPORTANT NOTICE:
SHUTTLE SERVICE FOR GRADUATING STUDENTS FROM THE SCHOOL OF GRADUATE STUDIES
All post-graduate graduating students who have registered to attend the January, 2022 in-person congregation ceremonies should note that in order to minimize traffic, they will not be able to drive their cars up to the area around the Registry. There will be buses to pick graduands at the following locations to and from the Congregation Grounds on 14th -15th January, 2022:
· Adjacent Ecobank (Legon Campus)
· The Lawns Adjacent University Guest Centre
· The Lawns Adjacent International House
Graduands are required to show their invitation cards to be granted entry to the shuttle buses.
There will be volunteers and security personnel at different locations to offer directions to graduands. Graduands should, therefore, follow the instructions to park their vehicles and join the shuttle buses.
Please be reminded that only graduating students will be admitted to the Congregation venue. No guests are allowed, and Covid-19 protocols will be strictly adhered to.
