IMPORTANT NOTICE: ACCESS TO THE UNIVERSITY OF GHANA
Members of the University of Ghana Community and the general public are reminded that the UG electronic card (e-card) is required for vehicles to be able to access the following gates to and from the University's Legon Campus:
- Link Gate (towards GIMPA/Achimota)
- Main Gate (Opposite the Legon Police Station)
- North Gate (Close to the James Topp Nelson Yankah Hall, Haatso Rd.)
- South Gate (From Noguchi Memorial Institute for Medical Research to National Highway 4 - N4)
- Evandy Gate (Off the N4 Highway, opposite Presec, Legon)
This directive is strictly enforced by designated personnel at the gates, and vehicles without valid e-cards will not be allowed entry through these gates.
E-cards are not transferable, and are to be used only for the vehicles for which they have been issued.
All stakeholders can, however, access the gate leading from the Okponglo Traffic Light into the University (Academic Freedom Road) without an e-card.
Please take note and adhere to this directive accordingly.
