APPROVED CHARGES FOR VERIFICATION OF ACADEMIC RECORDS
The Academic Affairs Directorate provides official letters of confirmation of academic records of past and present students to entities that require verification for a particular period of time. Kindly note the current approved charges for verification as follows:

| Thirty (30) Ghana Cedis |
| Ten (10) US Dollars |
| Eighty-five (85) Ghana Cedis |
| Fifty-five (55) US Dollars. |
Please submit service request(s) with payment via the online academic record verification portal: https://sts.ug.edu.gh/academicrecords/
Response is typically completed within one week of service request submission. Larger requests may require a considerably longer period of time. To meet any prevailing deadlines, requests should be lodged promptly.
In case of any challenges, Universities/Institutions/Companies are welcome to visit the Students Services and Records Unit in room D8, Academic Affairs, Registry, or, if more convenient, contact by Phone or Whatsapp (0553765051) or email (academic@ug.edu.gh ).
