Procedure for Rregistration for L100 students

      

Dear Student,

Welcome to the University of Ghana. We congratulate you on securing a place to study in the premier university.

Your time here will be academically demanding but deeply rewarding if you are able to properly allocate time for your academic work and extracurricular activities. I wish you a happy stay in the University of Ghana, and trust that you will be able to strike the right balance.

Please find below important information regarding your admission and registration.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR NEWLY ADMITTED AND PROSPECTIVE LEVEL 100 STUDENTS

  • Lists of students admitted to various programmes in the University of Ghana for the 2012/2013 academic year are available on the University’s website www.ug.edu.gh

 

  • Admitted students should follow the instructions on the website to print out provisional admission letters, select accommodation, pay requisite fees and undertake registration.
  • Students who have lost their e-voucher serial number or PIN should follow the instructions on the page to retrieve them.

 

  • Students should report on campus at least 48 hours after they have paid both academic and residential fees, starting from Monday, September 17, 2012.
  • Admissions are ongoing. Applicants should check the University’s website frequently for updates on their admission status.

 

  • Students should check the University’s website regularly, even after they have selected their halls, paid their residential and academic fees, and registered, for updates and additional important information.
  • An orientation session for freshmen will be held on Friday September 21 and Saturday September 22, 2012. The orientation session is compulsory for all freshmen, and a schedule for the programme is available on the website.
